Shorewood Homes, Inc. was founded in 1982 as a custom luxury home builder, specializing in single and multi-family new construction and remodel. Together, we celebrate 40 years of serving our clients in the Great Northwest.
Our Founder
James Maybee, a life-long Seattle native, began his experience in 1979. He worked his way through various construction trades and has a deep, hands-on understanding of residential construction.
